We will review the financial and operational effectiveness of any given property and to identify suitable recommendations and actions on a short term basis. We provide management services for Hotel Insolvency projects, Hotels in liquidation and hotels in receivership.
We can assume full management responsibility for a property on a contractual basis. These contracts are generally for the short and medium term, with a minimum 12 week contract stipulation.
Splash Hospitality will identify and secure the services of an experienced contractor to manage the business on a day to day basis. Our core team will devise and implement the strategic activities of the business. Information will be provided to stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required, and demonstrate how the business is doing against identified KPIs.
We provide a turn-around service to stabilise hotels in receivership, which are under-performing or failing, and return them to profitability. We identify weaknesses in the business and propose appropriate solutions using a detailed review and action plan.
Following a detailed and rigorous operations review, our specialist team members within each area of the business will produce tailored strategic recommendations, complemented by deliverable action plans that will address those areas of the hotel, pub, bar or nightclub either found to be falling short of the owners' expectations or industry norms. Such action plans include:
