Ray Byrne - Managing Director

A serial entrepreneur and an outstanding people person, Ray's business interests include luxury lakeshore retreat Wineport Lodge, Co Westmeath.

In 2003 Ray established Splash Hospitality as a provider of hands-on Hospitality management, advice and information for developers & investors looking to enter a niche market sector of the leisure industry in Ireland. Ray is a past president of the Restaurant Association of Ireland, Irelands Blue Book and a board member of F‡ilte Ireland Regional Tourism Development Board.

Ray Hingston - Director of Operations

As Restaurant Manager in renowned restaurant L'Ecrivain for 10 years Ray has experience at managing business to the highest standards.

He followed that with a professional Hotel career with Radisson Hotels and from 2004 to 2008 was General Manager of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny.

Ray heads the Bars Division of Splash Hospitality and has a valuable insight of the operations of the Dublin pub / club market.

Malcolm Martyn - Financial Controller

A graduate in Accountancy from Griffith College, Malcolm's area of expertise is in monitoring Key Performance Indicators across a group of outlets.

Specialities include the production of monthly management accounts across a range of propertiesand an extensive knowledge of the business models in the hospitality industry.

Eamonn Fleming - Procurement Manager

Following 20 years management experience in the hospitality sector including hotels, bars, and restaurants, Eamonn has both operational and commercial proficiency.

Eamonn's expertise includes implementing business efficiencies, identifying additional revenue streams and project managing all stages of new business ventures.

Daniel Cochrane - Events & Promotions

A social media entrepreneur and successful hospitality event organiser and promoter, Daniel has a track record of success in using social media innovatively to drive increased footfall, revenue and ultimately profit to numerous pubs and clubs.
